But yeah, Henya helped because Zen probably after realizing everything that lead into the 3 members leaving, probably realized that the workplace environment needed to be fixed a bit. I also remember the whole doing what Henya wanted all along in VOMS for like months, which really gave the image that VShojo really had something going on. It also helped that the people that hire, aren't too much of a drag, I mean one could argue that GEEGA nowadays with GTA seems like she needs to be a bit drag to stuff, she's still extremely cooperative. Kuro really doesn't join to a lot of stuff, but he's always down for like songs and shit like merch. Mata is someone who wants to keep working and VShojo isn't stopping her and it's helping her, and obviously Michi seems to be going into the same way. It was a real improvement from the ones that left.
