Don't get me wrong, it's very obvious now that she had lost any goodwill she had left for the company when it finally died, but at the time she left there was a lot a of insistence that she'd left amicably even though there were already signs that it wasn't true. Just comparing the official resignation notice for Urara to the one for Char a week later is like night and day (also notice how Urara's resignation is the only one that PPP didn't personally sign off on).

I didn't want to say it before, but it kind of feels like PPP just didn't like Urara much. The tonal difference between Urara's resignation announcement and Char's was extremely weird.
