She tried helping her out last December when she was depressed about her dead cat.
There was a gathering of holos at her place (noel, Lamy, Kanata etc, talked about a bunch of them had visited rushia to cheer her up and mentioned quiet a few other holos being there too. And based on tweets from kson saying she would be visiting a friend, with rushia's roomate tweeting pic related at that time, it is pretty clear that kson visited her)
Kson didn't stream for about a week after that. Later on stream she said said she herself got so terribly depressed after hanging out with a "negative friend" that even though she took time off to visit a resort she still felt horrible. She said she somehow absorbed all the negativity from her and this very badly affected her own health.
She stated clearly that as someone who was having issues with her own mental health and happiness, hanging out with such negative people is not helpful.
On new years she announced her decision to not involve herself with other negative people and focus on improving her own mental stability first.
