And even if they find a hungry talented person, the way Nijimanagement produces them can never be up to par with cover Heck, I think TTT showed us that the resources for debutees are almost non-existent even so just think for yourself that if we were to believe what Sayu said about them not even getting a budget, that if they wanted to tryhard and do a industry standard big corpo debut, they'd have to shoulder a debt just for it and as Sayu in her 2 months of tenure never broke-even, I imagine that the well-off (financially) talent pool and the ones that are talented or are big names that wanted to reinvent themselves would look elsewhere so all they have left are broke and not as talented people who want to apply.
