Fulgur Ovid: I feel like Fulgur was originally human but he was sent on a 'mission' that made him become how he is and obtain the cyborg like body. The 'sensei' Yugo speaks off probably 'gave' this body and helped him get back into society thus why he looks a bit human still. Meeting Alban has made him feel more human, that's why he is very protective of him and that they both have this guardian/ brother like bond.

Uki Violeta: I feel that Uki has been through something that has probably mentally scarred him as he was in this 'instuition'. He is also a psychic so they maybe have been conducting 'science' on him. This 'instuition' has probably been very restrictive and controlled thus Uki saying he has never felt this warmth until going into this timeline.

Yugo Asuma: He was also probably from an instuition or came from the same one Uki was in as he has also said "there are no restrictions" in this timeline. This 'instuition' is probably where he has met his sensei, and that sensei saved him and thus acting as a guardian.

Alban Knox: Alban was a mischievous fellow and would get into trouble and probably with the 'higher up' people. He says "I miss you" meaning he had people he has met and been close with before meeting Noctyx and those friends probably have not met a good fate or something to do with the named 'instuition'.

I feel the sensei has a big part in this and made the boys all meet each other and come to this timeline to get away from the bad past and bad people, so they can start anew.
