honestly, i thought that might've been because she was raided by one of the boys that regularly have high female fanbases, and hence her ratio was heavily skewed.
but now, after seeing her consistently stream with no one raiding her and yet still pull a good sizeable audience, with a chat that has frequent nihongo only chatters, i think her percentage is legit.

i'm just gonna tac this onto the "must be one of those things like with shu's fanbase that we can't explain"
