Though idk why you wouldn't use (clarified) butter.
Ideally you'll warm up your spices in butter (indians call this "Tadka), roughly scramble your eggs, filter your infused butter, then fry your eggs in a small (!!) non-stick pan. Serve on a heated plate with cheese grated ontop and pan-toasted sourdough bread for an ideal breakfast.
