All kinds of tops, just make it more fitted around the upper chest / shoulders and loose elsewhere and you'll be good. That's how shirts usually sit on buff 3DPD fleshwalkers too. Never hurts to look at how real clothes work, and your model will be better off for it.
My artist used a picture of Matt Damon as a reference for my shirt for example.
