Because Pomu is a true idol otaku and understands the feelings of her fans. She never wanted to have distance between her and her community since she just saw herself as another fan. She did have a few talks about how dating bans for idols are stupid, but she was never projecting those feelings onto her community. On the contrary she often had parasocial jokes like demanding they can't watch any other streamers and shaming people she saw in someone else's chat. Of course it was all just tongue in cheek, but that just shows that she understands what her community wants since she was in the same position as a fan before. She never acted patronizing or put vtubers on a pedestal above the fans, and I love her for it.
