I don't know what to say. I guess you never found a hobby you're really interested in. Because for most people their interest is what defines them.
Try to think what really ignites your passion. Remember what you loved to do when you were a kid. Find your interest/hobby. It's hard after 25, but try to make yourself learn more about it, do your reps in it. Nothing major, baby steps, something small and insignificant, not affecting your normal life. Key is just to keep doing it. See if it's really what interests you, maybe it'll swallow you, maybe you'll see that some neighboring field of interest is more attractive to you, maybe you'll see someone who's work inspires you. Things will happen. Somewhere along the way you'll realize that you've already "found" yourself. It's never too late, not unless you're cold in the ground.
