When you work in the entertainment industry, putting collabs aside, you have to work with all variety of people. Producers, mixers, partnerships with people of all variety and even big inter-company deals that have a shit ton of money on the line. If you yourself refuse to work with anyone because "no males", well then who the fuck are you? People in the higher ups aren't going to bend over and risk their own branding for your own personal views. 80% of people working in the showbusiness, be it behind the scenes, or on stage are guys. You would have to be genuinely stupid as fuck to refuse such opportunities because you refuse to work with people of the opposite gender.
