The Sans showcase did a lot to sell her on me early on too. Prior to that we'd seen her intuition/willingness to put in training hours and take on challenges, and the reflex/tilt-resistance to back it up, but nothing she'd accomplished with that potential since she was mostly playing new-ish games or challenge runs (or the mess of a first Mario Kart stream).
Stomping the funny meme bone man is a little overdone, but it was exactly the kind of flex she was missing at debut, and she delivered to fill the gap perfectly. The fact that it'd likely got her the job only makes it better.

If you're catching up with VODs back there at the start, might recommend solo Phasmo for cute scared noises (a preview for next month, likely) and the post-game zatsu portion of EDF at least, if you want the first glimpse/acknowledgement of that kusogaki you mentioned. Maybe the last hour or so of Katamari if the game is to your taste, since she autistically games out another infamous challenge there too.
