I don't get red flags from him but I don't see anything that would point to him being good. GMing for a table of streamers/content creators is a way different vibe and he'd be running for complete newbs. You need to be a certain amount of permissive and flexible while also capable of reeling in big personalities that are TRYING to get big reactions. I don't think I've seen that from him although I think he would be a decent GM for a table of ttrpg vets.
