I do think so too, and I believe it is an intended feature and not a bug. Personally I'm fine with it, even prefer it this way, but there's nothing wrong with wanting something else, especially when it comes to streaming. Suisei herself is no doubt fine with being just another artist on your playlist. You probably shouldn't get too hung up on having or not having an oshi though. It's just something that happens if you like a chuuba enough and stops happening when you don't.
