The event will take place in a theater, with the chairs bolted into the floor (as is normal for any auditorium). So yes, despite your efforts to dunk on Niji, and despite the fact that they deserved to get dunked on, there will be chairs at the event.
Tickets are currently on sale for the sections circled in red. Somehow I doubt they will need to expand ticket sales to include the mezzanines, or that the event organizers will get bonked by the fire marshal for overcrowding.
