Yeah, we can't say Ina is god-tier just because she is based on Lovecraftian myth since all of those are speculations based on OTHER works of fiction, not specifically hololive itself, where it could easily be very different. There are other sources of feats that you can take like crossover games, but how canonical they are is perhaps debatable.

Basically there's too much contradictions in hologra to the stream canon and established lore for them to be the same, and everyone follows "Chichi can beat up Goku" looney tunes rules. The only canon piece of lore from hologra is Ayame being cute.
