I see it as a way to do very basic animation. It does well when you are trying to achieve something that you think would be nice to see in a timelapse (chuuba aging from loli to adult, breast expansion as per my previous post)

From what I understand, it takes the same seed and constantly prompts while changing the weight of the tag you place the ~ weight on. So the gen in general shouldnt change much apart from the tag you are shifting weight on.
It is a set it and forget it deal.
