I'd personally move Astel (and probably Fuma) into the He loves you tier. No idea about Tempus since I rarely watch them.

That depends wether the viewer is a fujo or not, even some fujos like to self insert so there's not a definitive answer.
And no Holostars don't do fujobait to get views, there's some units that are really close to each other and that gives a lot of shipping material (Hanakishi) but they seem to do it more because they find it funny rather than to attract fujos.
They definitely are closer to BFE but they don't go as hard as some Holos do with their GFE. Here's a list from /stars/ if you wanna know who's the most pure.
