This is bad. This is bad. This is bad. Someone has got to talk with her, like a gentle intervention before things really get out of hand. The longer this dynamic builds the more painful the conclusion will be. I don't want this to continue for months on end and eventually break her spirit and have her do something rash like hurt herself when things inevitably tumble down.
