Soundposts use the url in their names, to play a sound. There's no actual sound attached to the webms.
To download a soundpost to use again, you need to keep the filename. You can do that by picrel. If you want to save just the sound, click the symbol next to picrel, or just go to the url of the soundpost.
This is if you have 4chan X, and the 4chan sounds player script.

You can't listen to soundposts on your personal pc btw, in case that's what your asking.
Though If you have 4chan sounds playlist you can drag files into the playlist to listen to sound posts without actually posting them.

If you have 4chanX this little symbol next to the name downloads the name with the image.
If you have 4chan soundplayer, this other symbol on the playlist will also download the name with the image.
