Mixed gender collabs
-- Failed to significantly raise the viewers of the girls. At best it replaced their loyal male audiences with females who vanish whenever a boy is streaming.
-- Damaged the girls with the male audience and permanently limited their growth to a very small subset of the vtubing fandom.
-- Caused immense problems for BFE vtubers like Vox who's career was significantly damaged by Reimu's shipping.
-- Made for objectively worse streams. Seriously just go watch the interactions between members back then and compare it to today. It's like a different universe.
-- Caused an immense amount of schizophrenia and harassment.

Other things that bolster the argument:
>The mixed waves were objectively a failure.
>The males and females have two completely separate audiences that do not mix together. So mixing the male and female streamers is annoying both audiences at the same time.
>When Hololive tried mixing genders, it damaged their viewers significantly. It's only since they reversed course that they recovered. The girls that partook are now on damage control trying to salvage their reputations.
>Tsunderia tried a mixed generation and it killed their company

The managers are ideological about this and will not change course even when their ideas are shown to be a failure. The branch needs major restructuring and someone needs to make bold changes, otherwise it will literally collapse.
