Remember the Phase fandom is (literally) 95% male, while the NijiEN fanbase is overwhelmingly female.
So as a female streamer your preference should be obvious

Furthermore the Phase fanbase is 9% from North America and Europe, while the NijiEN fanbase is mostly from Asia.
Basically Phase is expanding exactly the way Nijisanji wanted to, while NijiEN is just eating the same lunch as the JPs
