I think you're mistaking what VOMS mainly is anon. It's just a passion project from one man Gyari san who just wanted more sound sample to make music. There's no employees. It's just like a doujin circle of cultured people.
Pikamee and TMSK are shut ins Hikis who never leave their homes. They got the opportunity to shine and the world discovered them.
Gyari is probably one of the most talented people in the "industry" He basically has perfect insight to recognize talent.
