If you advertise an all girls group that won't have men on stream, then it's expected for there to be only girls. There's still a few girls who collab with men randomly, but those girls advertise themselves as not caring to begin with, so it's fine. It's not like the men in hololive itself are treated like subhumans who get paid and treated less than the girls. They all get 3D, they get concerts, they get plenty of sponsorships and still have the same hololive salary.

Why on earth would she even consider suicide when her numbers have been far, far lower in the past? She's surrounded by friends who actively want to be around her rather than people who actively dislike her and are only paid to work with her. She's able to hire her own extra help to actually complete all the projects that were denied her before. She's never worried about money since she doesn't have to give any of it to a shitty company. And best of all, she's able to claim all of her own accomplishments as her own now without being brainwashed about how "nijisanji owns you. Nijisanji owns all of your accomplishments and victories. You don't even get your own play button, because that would imply that you deserve respect or recognition."
She's doing amazing right now and it's only smiles from here on.
