Would prefer it to be one of the old guard. Noah can do it based off old Splatoon tournaments though recent experience might have put her off it, QP is solid as well. Very well-rounded skill set and I wouldn't mind it.
Toto has the nerves for it but doesn't have the voice.

Personally I think all of the girls should take a stab at leading even in casual play or practice just so they can get better overall. Added benefit is that someone can pick up the slack when the IGL goes down.

APEX bred bad habits, mostly letting each member do their own thing and being able to fix problems with heals. Allowed them to be more hands off and now that they don't have much health to work with, they're less inclined to be independent.

Kou messed up a simple gas ult twice today. I hope he doesn't do that again.
