What is stopping Cover from selling seasonal merchandise, though?

There are girls who watches Hololive, this is a proven fact. Moreover, even girls who don't watch still buy merch just because they are cute. So what is stopping Cover to partner with companies that makes clothing and sell swimsuits based on those design made by mamas and papas?

Like in summer and spring they could sell swimsuits for female fans and shorts for male fans, as well as other types of lightweight clothes. While in Fall and Winter the most heat-retaining ones (I don't know I don't have winter).

Just to summarize Noel’s Demon’s Souls stream for those who missed it:
She chose the Soldier class, died immediately to the Vanguard Demon without even hitting it, died a bit here and there up on the walls, fought the Phalanx for 10 solid minutes killing every single blob before actually attacking the boss itself and then died a lot of times on the section with the dragon. And I do mean A LOT OF TIMES. Like, holy shit probably a whole hour there. She didn’t make it through.
She has talked about getting a mace, and upon being given the option to level up immediately put it all into strength because lol, LMAO. She also seem to always want light roll.
Every time Noel dies in Demon’s Souls, an image containing her sizable pair of tits must be posted
