In 105 MINUTES it'll be Tob's birthday, show your appreciation by contributing to her birthday card! Standard rules apply, tiles must be SFW and have image dimensions that are a multiple of 200 (i.e. 200x200, 400x400, 200x400)

Due to the recent sitewide outage, the deadline has been extended to 12PM EST/9AM PST. The card will be going out very quickly after the deadline so make sure you get your submissions in as soon as possible

Is this a reference to something Tob related or just a random painting? Is it supposed to look like Nikocado spreading his asshole from a distance or have I just been mindbroken? I just woke up I need help understanding this
