There is never an excuse to not be at least relatively fit. You should aim higher, but if you can't even be arsed to do that you deserved to be shamed.
The only outlier are people with congenital diseases, and even THEY should be as fit as their bodies will allow, instead of using it as an excuse to be even fatter.

But they were all fucking wrong, and they were massively shit talking anyone who disagreed too. It was surprisingly vicious even on YouTube comments and the like.
