/vt/ - Virtual Youtubers

I was bored and looking through public documents for small corpos and noticed that most of the others that I know aren't based in Japan (PC, idol) are Ltd. companies whereas Tsunderia is an LLC. From my basic understanding the only real difference is in financial liability and LLCs not paying income tax. Obviously there's differences between jurisdictions, but I still thought that was kind of interesting.
