Cover's English management deserves an award for one of the most retarded mismanagements of a company
they were handed out the worldwide branch of the biggest company on their niche of entertainment and somehow all they've achieved after 2 years is massive stagnation, loss on CCV, loss over the marketshare and driving 8/10 of their talents into constant breaks because they no longer enjoy their jobs.

If one employee is having issues, maybe it's that employee's fault. But if most employees are having issues it's clearly the work environment at fault.

They don't get permissions for games, they don't give girls approval for their personal projects, they don't let them do stuff they want to do, they block their collab.

Reminder every cool thing HoloEN ever did was 100% the Myth girls own work, management did jack shit. HoloJP management actually funds and organizes all sorts of shit. It's not the girl's job to do that.
Reminder Myth never got proper 3D debuts, they were given their 3D models and they can use them on bits but they were told they cannot do a 3D debut stream without Cover managing it, and Cover won't manage it for them.
The only reason they got to do 3D stuff is because Ame herself out of her own pocket and with her own skills managed to rig shit up.
Oh yeah and don't forget they they let Irys debut with la goblina 1.0 model, yeah they fixed it eventually but that should have never happened in the first place.

Releasing Stars2 3 months after Stars1 while Gen2 has been out for almost a year with no Gen3 is just the most recent case of management's incompetence.

Now Gen3 will be delayed even more, we might get a 1.5 year long break between Gen2 and Gen3, absolutely insane.
