Here's my ranking as an eop, almost no changes in the past year, so this list is almost completely set in stone. I can explain away every position in detail, but in general, I prefer a member that isn’t constantly lewd, has tons of quotable moments, is an easy meme material generator, and connects with the overseas listener very easily.
