Idea: A change to the dividend formula that causes it to dip below 0 on particularly low-performing weeks, such as weeks that the chuuba doesn't stream as often or weeks that the chuuba is outright on hiatus. At the end of the week, the negative amount will be taken out of the player's liquid, reducing or eliminating their dividends. Currently, this means that the player will have to sell coins or wait for dividends again to be bailed out.

This mechanic would encourage more awareness and long-term investment strategies, as well as discourage blind oshicoining (unless your oshi is a heavy hitter anyway, in which case it can't be helped). If you want to make a gamble on, say, Ayame streaming soon, you'll need to pay your way to the table in the form of her routinely negative dividends, or play exclusively between dividend cycles.

Yes and No. Many shitcoins are routine streamers, just to subpar view counts. This is meant to exclusively affect streamers with long stretches of no content, such as chuubas on hiatus or frequently subject to doing little to nothing for long periods of time.

The tax code is one of the most convoluted systems in the legal system for a reason. Flat taxes disporportionately affect low-end players, and scaling taxes can easily get out of hand in how much they charge.
