In the early days of this board I regularly visited /ggg/ and would even make OC for them. Something one of them said about how people treat their oshi always stuck with me and I think back to that every now and then. It reminds me that no matter what critiques I or anyone else may have against my oshi, she's the one I push. That small interaction shaped how I talk about Mori here and elsewhere; with the intent to support her, not by tearing anyone else down, but by encouraging what I love about her. Even if some of them may not like me or Mori anymore or even if they never did I will be thankful to them for that.

If you saw value enough in un-neeting and getting in shape in the first place, you're not a lost cause, because Gura never told you to do that for her. You did it because you acknowledged that it would be an improvement over what you had previously, and you started to reap the benefits from living a more well-adjusted life. That was because of you, and your decisions, not her. If that was something you enjoyed, it was because you saw how it benefitted your life. It had no affect on Gura, so attributing your life's work and happiness to her is the part that's meaningless.
