This isn't the place to discuss it but I and probably most of the people in this general know full what she looks like. You aren't wrong about only getting a peak into her life, that is simply the nature of streaming. But you missed my entire point about not intentionally putting her best foot forward as an attempt to solely appear as a character. Part of Okayu's charming is knowing about her flaws and accepting her for them anyways. She has not ever once balked at telling us a legitimately weird detail about herself which is actually quite difficult for women in this position. They do not look at themselves like fans do and think "oh this weird thing I do is cute", they think it's weird. They would have no reason to reveal a detail like that about themselves if they were truly presenting a veil over their personality as your claim Okayu is doing.
