TLDR: Can someone make me a plan/guide to join hololive?

Dear anons.
I love j-pop girl groups and I love cute anime girls.
When the VTuber boom came about it was a godsend. A dream way of life.
I know it's joked about a lot but hololive's 'idol' take on vtubers is all I ever wanted to be.
I tried being a vtuber and got stuck at 2views and burnt myself out at 16 with all the effort it took to make everything on my own and stream everyday :<

I'm 18 now and finally legal to apply, but I don't know how to make my pipedream a reality. I wish I had a manager or supporter but all I have is you anon. TT

Please give me some solid advice, strategy or plan to make my dream come true
