I don't really care to be honest, before vtubers /jp/ had been in a long and slow decline for almost 10 years. I've been around for a very long time, the golden years were between Mountain of Faith and Double Dealing Character when Touhou was absolutely massive. Eventually Kancolle came out and kind of replaced Touhou in Japanese internet culture before being itself replaced by gacha mobages and eventually vtubers. After the decline of Touhou /jp/ rapidly declined into shitposting and ritual posters or Tribalism between Touhoufags and Mobagefags, so vtubers repurposing a dead board didn't really hurt anyone. The only downside is the vtuber posters were sometimes extremely rude to the Touhou oldfags but it's still not even close to the worst board on 4chan.

It's definitely a pretty niche topic even within Touhou fandom since Touhou lore mostly comes from the print works and obscure stuff like the accompanying text in the music CD's or ZUN's naming sense for the music tracks that end up being kind of obscure if you're not just relying on the wiki. Sometimes even the doujin music and books have pretty interesting topics that give me a new appreciation for Touhou's world after doing some research. The games themselves have very simple dialogue and aren't intended to be story-heavy. I do love the fighting games and used to play Hisoutensoku and AoCF quite a lot, though it's been a long while since I last touched them.

That stream was great but I wish she had more skits prepared. Understandable though since they probably took a lot of work to write and setup the assets for.

Hopefully Rosemi-sama blesses us with more episodes in the future. I love her so much!
