Of course you're not the only one but there's literally nothing to be done about it. The quack "joke" itself is just a byproduct of the whole duck thing which you can't even blame on EOPs because the joke started so early in Subaru's career that she had zero English in the chat by that point. It's a much more established thing than horny Marine or what have you, it's rooted in Subaru's original audience. The cold harsh truth is that Japanese viewers are just as fond of reducing characters to a one-note joke as any other viewers. Subaru had no chance of escaping it.

Consider this: Subaru was so quick to take the opportunity and move away from her original -ssu schtick that it might have been a blessing for her back then. Her ASMR put her on the map, gave her 'her thing', defined her much better than the character she was (mis)casted for. So I think it's not all bad even though I'm not too happy about all the boring jokes that overseas viewers reduce her to. Every single holo has that now. And hey, calling Subaru a tomboy or a duck isn't as embarrassing as calling Suisei or AZKi seiso for example.
