Day 4 of Ritual Reps. I am once gain behind
I spent most of it taking notes on the social book. I think I'll focus on this book before I move on with the Voice-book since the two main-points for day-to-day life I learnt (breathing and posture).

I got less done than I'd like but at least I can say my apartment's cleaner now. I stuck another yarn on my thing to remind myself not to waste so much time.
