The girls continue existing even when they aren't streaming or tweeting. They talk to each other, on discord or otherwise. You have literally zero basis for assuming Haato and Kiara/Mori aren't on speaking terms anymore, or that Ina is being shut out from the group, or that Mori avoids Kiara because of the dyke thing.
They've also been communicating with their senpais with varying degrees of success. Even if Gura and Ame can't speak enough Japanese to communicate properly, they've definitely gotten DMs from their senpais which either the sender or receiver can google translate as needed.
