The most recent example might be Shiori, where the design looks like a manic pixie dream girl that would step on your balls until you call her "mommy", then she speaks and sounds like a goofball with a silly accent to boot and the vernacular of a 10 year boy from the 1950s droppings phrases such as "golly gee" or "gee whiz"
