Her mother is just your average mother with very little knowledge of her world, almost non-existent. Maybe she'd like to be included more or not but Pekora most certainly don't want to have her mother become a recurring guest in her streams, either from the embarrassment or because she wants to keep those two world separate.
It'd be sweet if she was as into her world as Miko's mother is, but it is better not to force it and let it be a rare occurrence instead.
