Ina absolutely has been a much more influential art streamer though her Hololive career, but when you combine that
1) She already won this award
2) She's greatly reduced art streams since she's very busy with art work outside streaming
3) Raora is a stellar artist and her output this year has been constant

I don't begrudge it at all, she deserves the award this time.

After careful consideration I'm voting for Ina on the Artist category.
Raora's doing a great job so far, but Ina was simply far more impactful and inspirational when she started, and she continues to inspire (me) today.

I want to draw an Ina back shot for when she comes back in december or so
Any iconic back shots I can reference? No Dio or Hanma Yuujiro, those are overdone.
