She has a brother who is 16 or 17 and works now, she said he's plumbing I believe, but being that young I don't imagine he's pulling in much coin. From what I can figure she has 3 younger sisters, two of them are either teens or at least preteens and those are the ones that share the bedroom with her. Then there's a younger one who sleeps in her mother's bed due to no more bedspace. During the subathon I heard 3 or 4 distant screams, which she apologized for. At one point about midway through the subathon it got bad enough that she had to pause stream and go downstairs to yell at them or something and one of them hit her so she hit the kid back by her own admission, then admitted that the girl can hit harder than her so she's hurt but the sister isn't. Imagine how fucking weak she is Seems her mother and grandmother tardwrangle them whilst she's streaming, but during regular content she has to stop at like 12pm GMT to let them come into the bedroom and go to bed.
She explained early on during the subathon that one of the siblings was sleeping in her grandmother's room on the floor and the other had been "banished" to her dad's house until it's over. I assume they all have different dads due to the lack of consistency. She is the oldest. She said she was paying the two sisters who share the room with her £100 each for the inconvenience, which I imagine ain't is a solid deal to a kid.

She cited 15+ emails to reply to, over 20 Twitter messages, a bunch of DMs. This is a Shondo issue also because she's a perfectionist. She spends hundreds of hours on each ASMR video and works on several at a time. I guess there's running social media stuff, as well as her being the only real earner in her family and she said she had a bunch of stuff she needed to help her family with like printing things etc that'd backlogged. She listed off a whole bunch of art contacts she needed to respond and negotiate with also for her 2.0 and has said multiple times she's actively in contact with over 10 artists in emails at any given time for different projects upcoming. She also is on the brink of fulfilling her birthday merch, she's handling it all herself rather than using a company like every single other VTuber is, she has over 200 orders and they're all coming to her house after she's had them produced, which as far as I'm aware hadn't happened yet so I assume she needs to speak to suppliers etc regarding that. She also has 5+ custom ASMR videos to do from the subathon, a bunch of illustrations and voice files etc, unsure how many there ended up being.
A VTuber of her size with as many ambitious projects as her should really have at the minimum a manager and stuff like her merch really should be produced by a company but she insisted on doing absolutely everything herself. Silvi (though given recent posting here, it might just've been her whining) said during their collab ASMR Shondo insisted on writing the entire script herself, illustrating and cutting for animation the art herself, and doing all of the editing herself, so Silvi only provided her voice, and Shondo wouldn't really let her do anything else. Shondo's a 100% perfectionist and has talked about this before, she wants to handle every part of what she does alone. Who knows what other stuff she does that she hasn't mentioned, but she's essentially running a small business alone right now as well as streaming video games on the side. Since she puts a lot of work into her streams I imagine that's quite consuming too.
TLDR Shondo does way too much, won't let anyone help her, but is a total perfectionist and puts an extensive amount of work in. She probably has a bigger workload than pretty much any VTuber considering how hectic her life is, how high spec her projects tend to be and just how much she has planned.
