Now we are out of the realm of data and into the realm of opinion piece by me (yeah, by me).

1. Niji's 2%, we knew, others might not
Nijisanji's drama had a milder reaction here than expected, with Kson causing an equal amount of reaction compared to the initial dramatuber video. There are a few explanation I think I can give for this phenomenon. First, there are less niji fans here. Although people like to shit on niji but that is only to put down the rival company so to say and ultimately "just for fun" and has nothing to do with the vtubers that majority enjoy. Second, we all already know about the shitty cut for niji livers/talents. The JP viewers knew about it probably in 2019, and EN viewers laughed about it during Mysta's stream. Third, this garner more reaction on the creators/talents' side because what that dramatubers did was basically breaking containment. Let's be honest there is no lead from the dramatubers other than posts from here, which is why they cannot give exclusive evidence that we don't already have. We all know dramatubers are not shy to show any private exchange as long as they technically don't break the law. Third is for me personally as I mostly stayed here and damn there are a lot of posts about the 2%, with no reply to the posts. It is reminiscence of the random shitposts after JP primetime and before the tally. You might say the 2% post has the intention of the usual shitposts we have. However there are still rampant posting about the 1% (or 2%) which doesn't seem to be baiting (You)s at all. So who is doing the shitposting? That goes to my second point:

To start off,
>>48836728 is a pretty good summary of the document.

This is the first time anyone get terminated showed us the machinations behind the scene so it is worth to go deeper into it. I'll start with what >we got right and what >we got wrong.

What >we were right (about the reason Anycolor gave for her termination)
-played Kotoka's cover song in her stream
-disclosing that nijisanji (both JP and EN) has the permission to play Hogwarts Legacy
-that singular rape joke (she didn't even say it)
-using PL account to like some twitter comments
-"Zaionist" remark on stream
-ROM hacks
-Dee's Nuts

What >we were wrong about
-Shota jokes
-Raid Shadow Legends
-Nintendo stream title fucked up (nobody mentioned this as one of the offense) *maybe* one of the offense as stated by Zaion
-FFXIV (nobody mentioned this as one of the offense) - *maybe* one of the offense as stated by Zaion
-comment about Uno (Ubisoft)'s shitty UI (nobody mentioned this as one of the offense)
-opening membership before getting Anycolor's permission (nobody mentioned this as one of the offense)

I would say it is pretty good by getting more than half the points right. Also to note that in the "Their Important Conclusion" Zaion admitted to making mistakes. I personally find all of these are just excuses to fire her because of the last point in the original statement: “Numerous other actions and comments infringing the contracts and Rules.” She was being targeted

Sometimes I wonder about why Microsoft even bought Mojang while still allowing them to develop the game on the Java version when they can literally force them to switch over to bedrock. Shaking my head very hard I feeling dizzy now to be honest.
