I'd say the lack of communications falls squarely upon Phase itself but for all we know radio silence is what she asked for and Phase is acquiescing. Nothing left to do but shut up, nut up, and wait. Peak EST is usually the worst. Really in an around Pippa's hours is when all the antis/tourists/etc show up. The little I've seen of early/euro hours can get pretty atrocious too. Peak PST/Late EST is pretty nice though. Up until peak SEA at 3-4am PST.
