People with sense are absolutely not praising Cover's management. Their track record has been abysmal, but not as bad as vshojo:

COVER had:

vshojo had:

The best agency for effective management would be PhaseConnect. Yes it's only 2views but management there isn't heavy handed but makes sure it's not a yab factory to harbour dramatubers. And no graduations either.
