When she was flown to Taipei right after HoloFes, she was part in organizing the event and suggested to do a live karaoke, what she loves doing most. Turned out to be a huge success. Is it even fair?

I'd say she is. Doing a live karaoke with the meet and greet was probably her idea. She was excited about the event and it was a huge success. More than a Niji 'concert' and at less cost. She's doing what she likes now. Gura was banned from ever doing that shark baby song, but she sang it in Taipei. She often gets her way.
