I absolutely don't think she was involved. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if she actually didn't know what kind of stuff was going on between Elira, her clique and Selen. She even posted a vague Tweet on Twitter, after Selen's contract was terminated, saying things like "when I joined I didn't expect things to turn out the way they did", and "I wish I could've done more" (presumably, she wished that she could've done more to stop all the terrible things from happening in that company, and to help Selen, too.). I think she's good. In fact what's funny is that there hasn't been any hints whatsoever that she's met up with Elira in Japan. I think she got gaslighted by Elira into thinking that there wasn't any bullying going on, and she probably believed her, then she saw Selen's contract Termination, and realised that Elira lied to her. I'm probably wrong about that, but I'm still holding onto hope that a certain Metal Gear loving Nerd is still one of the good ones!
