There's two ways to look at this.

The sheer number of debuts and the lack of closeness between new and old members makes it clear that they basically treat each other as coworkers, and so they would be easily willing to throw a black sheep under the bus.

Zaion stood out by calling out management changing rules as they wanted and for their selective enforcement of the same, as well as their wishy-washyness and lack of support.

And naturally if you stand out in a gulag camp none of your fellow camp-mates will defend your ass, they will drop you like hot charcoal because they have a good system going for survival and they don't want to be next in line for the chopping block.
