If you switch models, then use LoRAs with the new model it will create images that cannot be reproduced using the same seed if you just tried to gen them with no model switch.
The words "reusing loaded model" in pic related are key here, if you see these words, your next images/gens with the model you just switched to will create images that cannot be reproduced if you close webui, and reopen it again. However, this seemingly only happens if you are genning with LoRAs.

TLDR: If you switch models, restart WebUI, otherwise you are going to create images that people cannot reproduce if you are genning with LoRAs
